Upon placing your order we will e-mail our license agreement to you for your review and signature. Then we will accept payment in the form of a mailed check or we are also able to process credit card payments online. Upon receipt of the signed agreement and your check we will ship the plan set you’ve chosen to you by the method listed below that you have indicated.

CAD FILES ARE AVAILABLE IN AUTOCAD FORMAT 2008 OR EARLIER.
HOW SQUARE FOOTAGE IS CALCULATED
All square footage numbers on our plans are calculated per the standards of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) publication “Square Footage – Methods for Calculating” (ANSI Z765-1996).
Basically all square footage is calculated for heated and cooled space only, from the outside of exterior walls. Volume space is not included in the calculation of the floor above (IE. Two story foyers and great rooms) and stairs are counted once on each floor they access.
Refunds
Each Blackline print, reproducible, digital PDF or digital CAD set is prepared and shipped to you in response to your order. Consequently, we cannot honor requests for refunds.
However, Blackline print packages may be exchanged for another plan set within 30 days if they are in original condition-not marked on or torn, smudged, staples replaced, etc.
A restocking fee of $80 will be charged for the exchange, and shipping costs for the new plans will be charged based on method of shipment preferred.
An 10 set pack may be upgraded to a reproducible or digital set for full credit, providing the print sets are in original condition as noted above.
Reproducible or digital format plans (CAD or PDF) can not be accepted for return and/or exchange under any circumstances.
